 How to make a scatter file for MTK (Mediatek) Devices.

 

What is Scatter File ?

scatter file is used to define load of different region of android device running on Mediatek's ARM architecture. it is specially used for Super phone splash tool.


Preparations :

To make scatter file successfully without any problem you will need these tool;

1) MTK device (I'm using Canvas A1) and original USB cable.
2) Windows computer.
3) MTK droid Tool (download)
4) ADB USB drivers. don't have just download Pdanet.

Let Start Process to make scatter file:

1) Enable USB debugging on your phone from Setting>Developers Option>USB Debugging .


2) Connect your Phone with Computer.

3) Download and Extract MTK droid tool and run it as Administrator.

4) Wait for some time it will load your device information.



5) After information is loaded click on Block Map.


6) It will open new window just click on Creat Scatter File.


7) It will ask you for location where to save just select location and file is created.
